Special Schools

The Sutton School

The majority of pupils leaving Woodsetton at the end of year 6 go on to attend the Sutton School which caters for pupils aged 11-16. Follow the link to their website for more information.

Rosewood School

Rosewood School in Coseley specialises in supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health problems. The school provides education for pupils aged 11-16.

Old Park School

Old Park School in Dudley provides education for pupils aged between 4-19 years who have severe and profound learning difficulties.

Halesbury School

Halesbury School is an all age special school that caters for pupils with moderate learning difficulties. They also have enhanced provision for children with Aspergers syndrome.

A charity run by and for adoptive parents and foster carers, offering support and advice on relevant issues before, during and after adoption.

Downs Syndrome Association

An organisation which provides advice and support for people with Down's Syndrome, their families and professionals who work with them.

An indoor/outdoor facility that is open throughout the week for children with special needs and their families. S.N.A.P. offers excellent value for money and has great facilities. Phone before visiting to check opening times.
